According to Glenn Curtis, Art was a railroad conductor and moved, livedin El Paso Texas. He never married. Although according to Glenn, he hada bastard son in Waynesburg Ky. Laughingly, thought why he moved out ofstate to Texas.
Art Curtis is said to have left his estate largely to a church in Texas,thought to be the Seventh Day Adventist church according to Jack V.Curtis. Further, Jack stated that it was reported that Arthur Curtisafter having moved to Texas, bought some land that later oil wasdiscovered on and made Arthur relatively wealthy by family standards.
