I have been researching my mother's family for the past 3 years. I wasdirected to the family search site this past week because of the releaseof 1880 census . I had known for several months about Rachel Curtismarriage to Oliver Jenks Jackson but had never done any research on herspecifically. Seeing that this was a line that I had not explore I foundmyself going into your database.
To my surprise here were pictures of an area that I have Known all mylife but never associated with this particular cemetery having relativesin it. If the photographer had asked at the house across from theCemetery My Aunt Ann Jackson Wood would have told him of the years thather sons had cleaned the cemetery. Even They had no idea that family isburied there until last night. Also the two farms on either side belongto Lewis Jackson and his sons. My grandfather Phillip Jackson bought thefarm on the Corbin Road in the 1930's and Uncle Louie bought the HobanPlace in the 1960's.
I have slowly compiled the rest of the Line from Cornelius thru Racheldown to today. If you would like what information on this line I will bewilling to share. Most of the information I have gotten by lots of legworkin the family and from a cousin who also worked on this line.
